The Kennesaw State University Dance Company is a student led certified student organization at KSU with one faculty advisor. 

Our current faculty advisor: Christen Weimer

1. The Vice-President will be decided upon at the beginning of each school year (fall semester) at the first meeting of the company through an informal election process.  A candidate for Vice-President will need nominated by their fellow company members. Self-nominations are accepted. Any company member has the ability to volunteer for this position. After the nominations, all present company members as well as the advisor will vote to decide who will hold office.  The Vice President will serve a one-year term before the new Vice President is elected. Upon election of the new Vice-President the current Vice-President will automatically become the next President elect. To be elected as the Vice-President that nominee must have at least 2 years left as a student at Kennesaw State University to allow for their term of Vice-Presidency as well as term of Presidency. If the president decides it is necessary to relinquish his/her position, the vice-president will assume their duties and another company member will be chosen to take over that position through the same election process.

2. The position of Secretary will be decided upon at the beginning of each school year (fall semester) at the first meeting of the company through an informal election process as well. The Secretary will serve one-year term.

3. The position of Treasurer will be given to the student office assistants for the Department of Dance.

4. The position of Historian will be decided at the beginning of each school year starting in the fall at the first company meeting through and informal election process. The Historian will serve one-year term.

*All Officers must be KSU students in good academic standing with the university.
